THE L.E.A.P. RETREAT
From May '22 to Nov '25, Bree Brown has curated fourteen sold-out retreat experiences across three countries that have brought hundreds of Black women together in the name of sisterhood, authenticity, and transparency. The unique and deeply sacred experience that is The L.E.A.P. Retreat invites women to not just take the leap into these sacred spaces but in doing so, lay down expectation, reconnect with themselves and each other, and experience the freedom of being fully seen, supported, and
celebrated for everything they are becoming.
What began as a personal journey of ascension, healing, and transformation eventually became a calling to create space for other Black women to lean into their own becoming. From that journey came a divine download: an experience rooted in authenticity, transparency, and the healing power of sisterhood.
Over the years and across three countries, The L.E.A.P. Retreat has grown into a collective of women willing to do the work—together. Women who arrived as strangers and, time and time again, left as sisters.
