Honestly, this #LocdLifeLesson should have been first. In my experience of having worn nearly every hairstyle, there is no other hairstyle that requires more patience than #locs. Whew! 😫
I’ve gotten so many DMs via my Instagram profile (@energy_vibration) about how long it takes for locs to fully mature and it truly matters entirely on your texture. For those like me (3c/4a texture), it’s simply going to take longer 🤷🏽♀️ It took my hair a little over a year to fully lock 🤯 The duration of the frizzy, in-between phase also depends entirely on your texture but what I can promise you is that your hair WILL lock eventually.
Likewise in life, manifestations happen when they’re supposed to. When you set an intention & relinquish control of the outcome, center your energy on knowing that everything will fall into place with divine timing. It’s all happening for you and will happen exactly when it’s supposed to. Ashe 🙏🏾
